Small Business Certification

Entrance Software has acheived Small Disadvantaged Business Certification with Houston METRO. Entrance will be listed in METRO's directory as a small business program participant and in the City of Houston and Texas Unified Certification Program directory as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participant. Because METRO has reciprical agreements with other city, state and Federal agencies, this Certification allows Entrance to take advantage of many small business programs available to us.

METRO's Small Business Program is entirely race and gender neutral. This means that any small business, regardless of the owner's race or gender, is eligible to participate in the program. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requires that any individual or group claiming ownership of a small or disadvantaged business enterprise must actually own at least 51% of the organization to be classified as eligible to participate.
