Your Responsibilities
You will drive revenue for Entrance Software and any of its affiliate companies by identifying and managing business opportunities for both direct and indirect sales channels.
Direct sales responsibilities include:
- Identifying target companies that are likely to need Entrance Software’s products and/or services
- Identifying the decision maker(s) at those companies who hold control over the budget and approval of purchase of Entrance Software’s products and/or services
- Presenting Entrance Software’s products and services over the telephone, via web demo and via on site presentation
- Gaining a full understanding of our client’s technical business needs
- Responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Writing statements of work (SOWs)
- Participating in contract negotiations with Entrance Software executive management and prospective clients
- Following up with clients that have purchased Entrance Software products and services to ensure their needs are addressed and identify future sales opportunities within those organizations
- Qualifying and following up on business leads generated through the Entrance Software website.
Indirect sales responsibilities include:
- Attending approved business networking functions weekly to locate new prospects
- Building relationships with providers of complimentary services whose customers could benefit from Entrance’s products and/or services
- Asking for referrals from providers, customers and other potential referral sources
- Following up on referral leads from referral partners
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 -3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT Solutions or Technical Industry
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales objectives and quotas
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
- Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Must demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills
