Austin Q. Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, and has been bleeding purple and gold ever since. The highlight of his career kick-started back in 1999 when he implemented a web based purchase order tracking system for the Department of Chemistry at LSU. The system is now over 10 years old, has surpassed its life cycle, and yet is still in use today, owing to the outstanding code that Austin built. Since then, his professional software experiences have spanned various industries – from financial, health care, non-profit, educational, to direct marketing.

Besides crunching out codes, Austin enjoys keeping up with the latest tech news, cooking new recipes, fishing and exploring the great outdoors with family and friends.
