Prior to the creation of this portal, getting monthly reports to our clients was an extremely time consuming process for both Techcess Group and our clients. Now the clients receive a reminder at the beginning of each month that their reports are available. They may simply log on and view the reports at their convenience with minimal work on the part of Techcess Group employees. This allows for accurate data to be transmitted to our clients on a timely basis without using precious man hours here.
